I am FRANTEC’s HR Manager. I took over this role in March 2019 following completion of my Business Management Degree. I lead on staff compliance and staff welfare and training. My role requires me to lead on training records around the Care Certificate, statutory and mandatory training, recruitment and retention, data collection and all HR records.
I enjoy my role and the things I do. I am particularly passionate about HR and the support I am able to offer to everyone, both personally and professionally. I am always learning which to me is very important. I began working towards my Level 7 in November 2019, to gain more knowledge and skill within my current role. Outside of work I enjoy socialising, training my dogs and being outside. I enjoy being on my feet and keeping busy.
