My role is to meet with clients and listen to what they have to say. I visit clients in their homes or in the community. This role includes making sure that the client is happy with the care and support they receive from FRANTEC. I review and update client’s personal Service User Plans and ensure the client is happy with their Personal Support Worker. If the client wishes, I can help them to liaise with other agencies and offer support to enable them, with the help of their Personal Support Worker, to achieve their goals whatever they may be. Outside of work I enjoy sailing, travel and French dancing!
