Live-in carers from Frantec; our commitment to you
We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and members of the UKHCA. We have in-depth knowledge of direct payments, ILF and other funding sources. We also work with various PCTs under ‘Continuing Care’ schemes. We try to extend our live in care services to as many people as we can, including those in Essex and Suffolk
Professional live-in support services
FRANTEC have over 20 years’ experience of working with disabled people across many impairment groups. This includes working with people with a learning difficulty, physical and sensory impairment, older people, and people with mental health support needs. We work privately with families and individuals, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities.
FRANTEC believes that people who need continuous care and support in their own homes should feel safe, listened to, respected and be able to rely on the service they receive. FRANTEC aim is always to provide a service they themselves would be happy to receive.
FRANTEC believes that their clients have an absolute right to:
- Privacy and Confidentiality.
- Dignity and Respect.
- Independence.
- Self-Empowerment.
- Choice and Control.
We achieve this by providing person-centred support throughout the day and night, provided by live-in Personal Support Workers, who stay with our clients normally for one to three weeks.
How can a domiciliary care worker make a difference?
The role of the domiciliary care worker can be as pro-active as you need them to be. Whether it be assistance with travel, university, or even getting to nightclubs and festivals we offer a live in care service completely tailored to the individual.
