We are always looking for new people to join our support worker team.  Please see the dates below for our next Induction Training.

Dates Description
Monday 13th – Friday 17th March 5 – Day Induction Training
Monday 15th – Friday 19th May 5 – Day Induction Training

Our induction training lasts for 5 consecutive days, please see all upcoming dates.  If the dates listed are not suitable, please still get in touch, and we will help where we can.

We provide accommodation whilst you are training with us, once you have completed the full week of induction training, we will pay you an attendance fee of £300.

The training will be a blend of online training and practical sessions.

We will be socially distancing throughout training and relevant PPE will be provided as appropriate, during the course.

You may be asked to start working immediately if you successfully completed training.

We hold Induction Training at our offices in Ipswich for new recruits.  We provide accommodation and food whilst training with us.

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  1. Application Pack or Online ApplicationPlease complete and send back to us ASAP as well as an up to date CV.
  2. Video InterviewOnce the application pack or Online Application is received, and you have been successful at this stage, we will invite you to a video interview.
  3. Pre-Training AssessmentIf successful in the Video Interview, you will be invited to complete an online Pre-Training Assessment whilst on a video call to us. 
  4. Invitation to Induction Training – If you have achieved 66% or more on the Pre-Training Assessment, we will officially invite you to Induction Training.
