FRANTEC has a full team of support staff including Senior Managers, HR, Office and Commercial, Accounts and Field Liaison Officers.
Each staff member has key roles and responsibilities, ranging from client bookings to business development, person-centred care, and Personal Support Worker supervision and all other administrational needs.
All the team are multi-trained therefore can and will work on a peripatetic basis. This ensures that we can be responsive, reactive and keep our clients and Personal Support Workers’ needs at the focus of all that we do.
