I have been with FRANTEC since 2002. I previously worked as a midwife, but following a few months travelling I started working as a live-in support worker. I have worked my way up within the company and I am now the Service Manager. Most of my current work is around bookings, ensuring staff and clients are well matched and that everyone is happy and well cared for and I also supervise part of the management team. I thoroughly enjoy my role and I am passionate about person-centred support. I am proud to be part of an organisation which “go the extra mile” and I love being part of the FRANTEC family. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and two boys and especially enjoy cooking, walking, canoeing, gardening and critiquing my partner’s musical creations!
