I am now FRANTEC’s Client Services Officer. I have worked for FRANTEC since October 2013, initially as an apprentice Office Co-ordinator. My current role involves supporting with Personal Support Worker/client bookings, helping to manage client records and ensuring that all client records are kept up to date. I maintain records around any equipment used in a client’s home, such as standing frames and hoists.
I make sure our clients and Personal Support Workers have all the relevant information and records they require, enabling our staff to work to the highest standards and our clients receiving excellent care and support. I also provide admin support to the Client Services Team. I hope to progress within the company, taking on more responsibility.
