From the first phone call to our carers arriving at the home, here’s what to expect as you seek help.
You will speak to an experienced care professional, not a salesperson. Click on the Contact button at the top of the page and choose from a range of ways to get in touch.
We ask for a brief description of your situation and pose a few related questions to determine how we could best help with the care and support you need.
We come to you at a convenient time, in the client’s home, in hospital, or wherever works best for you. At this stage we can discuss costs and what funding assistance might be available.
we share recommendations for a tailored package of live-in care for the client, concentrating on safety, comfort, independence and peace of mind, if this is appropriate.
What we’ll ask you.
We will pose questions that dig deeper than medical diagnoses and mobility. We want to tune-in to the details that help us develop great ideas we can turn into positive impact in clients’ lives. Aside from critical routines, for us it’s just as much to do with the person’s history, what they love for breakfast on a Sunday morning, the special interests, places they like to go, dreams they want to fulfil.
Things we’re often asked.
People ask us about our Personal Support Workers (PSWs): we can tell you about their vetting, training and experience. We also get asked what our PSWs can and can’t do, people are sometimes surprised how much we can cover. Discussing costs is often high on the list and we can estimate costs, discuss our terms and signpost funding options, if required.
