A fresh look for Frantec

Frantec has been supporting people to live well at home for many years. This autumn, we’re marking that with a fresh look and a new website that better reflects who we are and the care we give. We want families to understand what live-in care really looks like day to day, and to get a sense of the people behind it. So we started with one question: how do we show the warmth of care, not just describe it?

The answer was illustration. Instead of stock photos, the new site uses a set of illustrations created just for Frantec. They capture the small, everyday moments that make live-in care work, and they help people picture what life with a Personal Support Worker could be like. They’re friendly, calm and recognisably ours.

We’ve also made the site simpler to use. Information about our care is easier to find, the language is clearer, and it works just as well on a phone as on a computer. For families often making decisions at a difficult time, that clarity matters. The look may be new, but what sits behind it hasn’t changed. We’re still the same team, offering the same personal, dependable care we always have. We’re proud of how the refresh has come together, and we hope it helps more people find the support they need.
